Is it possible to buy ticket for visiting the Tortuga indoor hall only, and not the entire park?
The entry ticket for Funny World includes both the Tortuga indoor hall and the outdoor area of the amusement park. Therefore, once a visitor gets an entry ticket from us, he or she is allowed to visit everywhere of the park. We are not offering entrance for the Tortuga indoor hall only at this moment. Are the outdoor rides open when it rains in the park area?
We usually keep the rides open for the visitors if it is only drizzling. However, as we maintain the security of our guests with utmost priority, that is why we shut the outdoor rides down in the cases of heavy rain and storm. The Tortuga indoor hall remains open in all type of weather based adversity. All attractions remain available there as well. We regrate to inform that no refund is possible caused by bad weather.

Do the visitors get refund on the causes of malfunctioning the rides?
All the rides at Funny World is self operable. Which results to the misuse of stop button sometimes. In those cases it is recommended to contact the stuffs of the park, and they will help you immediately. In those type of situations, refund is not possible. Please consider the fact that sometimes it may take longer than expected because of ensuring safety.

Are the guests allowed to bring toys and or sports-tools from home to play at Funny World?
It is essential to inform at the entrance if you want to bring your own personal playing toys or stuffs like that. Please keep in mind that leaving the park with anything that belongs to Funny World is strictly forbidden and can cause the legal penalty to the person responsible for that action.

What happens when the guests lose something inside the park?
Funny World is fully concerned about the fact that the guests can lose their belogings while visiting the park. Usually if our staffs find any lost item, they return that to the the park entrance immediately. However if a guest cannot find his or her lost belongings before leaving the park, then he or she is suggested to follow-up within a couple a days via this E-Mail address: parkeingang@funny-world.de.

Can the guests use a free ticket or invitation card from the last or any previous season?
We regrate to inform that free tickets and invitations are only valid for the respective season and it is not usable in any other season. However, paid tickets from a previous season is usable in any other season. The change on the ticket price might be requested to add in that case, for example, if a guest is possessing a ticket from 2018 which was worth of 10.50 euro and willing to visit the park in 2019 when the entrance costs 11.50 euro, the guest needs to pay 1 euro only.

Are there special arrangements for meeting the needs of the new parents?
Yes, we are happy to inform that there are quite places to breast feed babies or changing their clothes in Funny World. We prioritize the comfort of our guests with all our capability.

Is it possile to leave park for a while and come back again within the same day?
Yes it is very much possible. The guests are advised to ask for a stamp from the front desk in that case. Showing that stamp is essential when a guest wants to enter again into the park within the same day.

Do the birthday kids get a free entrance to the Funny World?
If the birthday is going to be celebrated in the park then yes!
It is possible to claim a free entrance for the birthday kids, by placing identity cards. We offer free entrace to the birthday kids who are celebrating their birthdays in our park up to 14 days after his or her birthday. A prior reservation is necessary for celebrating the birthday at our park. Please visit the link below for more information:

Are the guests allowed to bring their own food and eat those at Funny World?
Yes, as long as the food is home made and not purchased from any other restaurant or food chain, it is totally allowed!
However, the El Torro restaurant at Funny World also offers delicious german and french foods including, hamburger, french fries, curry wurst, waffels, hot choclate and many more. There is a wide range of options for choosing drinks starting from water to alcoholic beverage as well.
If the guests want to bring their own food they only have to be careful about the fact that the Funny World does not allow purchased and or ordered food inside the park. We also recommend our guests to review our environment friendly waste disposal policy which can be found in the link below:

Are pets allowed inside the park?
Only dogs are allowed at the outdoor area of the park with a leash. There are doggie bars inside of the park for using by the guests. However the dogs are not allowed to step in the rides.

Is there any special arrangement for disable people?
Yes, of course!
We offer free entrance to the visually impaired guests as well as the wheelchair users. For people with another disabilities, we offer discounts by evaluating the disability card. However people accompanying disable guests are not eligible for any discount.

What is the car parking situation at Funny World?
We offer free parking to our guests for the whole day. We have 600 parking places for automobiles. However, Funny World does not take any responsibility in the case theft or other damage to the guests' vehicles.
